Convincing though! Haven't seen Friday's episode yet. I bittorrent'd it, and we watched the first 15 minutes last night, but we'll probably watch it Tuesday. NO SPOILERS!

Had a good weekend. Got to spend some time outside with Autumn and my new friends from kung fu class. There was child-chasing and beer drinking and wing eating and other such relaxation; i even managed to get in some Halo 2 on Friday night, a rarity nowadays.

My beard is progressing nicely. Our camera doesn't want to work so i'll have to take a lower quality pic with a web-cam or pda/phone thing. Hopefully later today.

Can any other BSG fan explain to me why this new show "Caprica" is going to be such a big deal? I mean, ok, it'd be kinda cool to see how the Cylons were created, and why they don't like us very much, but, i really don't see what can't be accomplished in a few flashback episodes of the regular series. I mean, we KNOW what's going to happen*! I fear that its going to be long and drawn out and "forced". Other than the novelty of seeing 5-year old Billy Adama running around, i don't see why this needs to be made.

*yes, i know i shelled out my 8 bucks multiple times for the Star Wars prequels... but that was different damnit!
